Our staff has a great love for children and education! Our greatest desire is for the children to feel the love of Christ in a safe, caring and loving environment that is prepared specifically for them each day.  Teachers at Logos Academy are creative, thoughtful, engaged learners with broad interests and expansive educational knowledge. They enjoy ideas, read regularly, and are passionate about faith and learning. We encourage our teachers to pursue a relationship with Christ to enable them to shepherd their students spiritually, as well as academically.  Every year, 100 percent of our staff participates in professional development opportunities and ongoing evaluations to maintain the highest level of instructional techniques. With small classrooms enabling individualized attention, our teachers inspire our students to develop intellectually and grow spiritually.

Most of our staff members have college/graduate degrees, or have completed some college coursework along with an extensive work experience portfolio. Staff members participate in continuing education by attending early childhood workshops and seminars throughout the school year, and they also receive instruction in annual in-house training sessions. All staff members are certified in CPR and First Aid, with many of the staff certified in MAT. All staff members submit a physician’s health screening report, and all have completed background checks.
